Idea, chatting~

So, I just thought of something. If anyone here is interested, maybe we could try chatting with each other. i think it would be interesting to try. it could be skype, or tinychat, or whatever, i don't really know which is best but I like chatting on skype. If anyone wanted to add me we could do like a group conversation and see how that goes. my skype ID is domsy0910

thanks for responding! I was scared no one would respond. then I would have felt bad haha. of course it's okay! it will be good practice for socializing and I get to make a new friend i accepted, so now whenever we happen to be online at the same time, let's chat! thanks for adding me ^^

I love your idea! I think Google hangout would be best, because it's accessible to everyone who has internet and you can chat with multiple people at a time. I think organizing days of the week and times for people to be available on chat would be a good idea; that way, everyone would be on at the same time.

wows, thanks for all the responses guys! now there's enough of us for a nice group chat ^^ I've never heard of google hangout. i'll have to check that out, maybe we could try that too? i don't know.
yeah i think it would be a good idea to have certain days of the week for us to meet. what do you guys think would be the best days? times? I'm most likely to be on skype on a friday. I'm not usually on on school days, so weekend is better for me.

I don't know, this might be a lot more difficult than we imagined, as everyone has to accommodate the different time zones.
For me, I live in the central time zone.

That's a good point, jujuosity. I keep forgetting that everyone on the forums is pretty scattered throughout the world. That'll be good to keep in mind when scheduling chat times. We should probably vary the times and recognize that probably no one is going to make every single chat (even as I write that I'm thinking "Challenge accepted" heh) I'm in the eastern time zone. Except for Tuesday and Thursday mornings and (hopefully) Monday evenings I don't have a set schedule.

I can write almost every evening. When I'm about 6 hours ahead of you, and for example its 8 pm here in germany, you have about 4 am (is that right?). Okay, that's a bit early :D:D

I am also eastern time zone. I am up from various times, sometimes from 8am to 12am. Probably not the healthiest sleeping schedule but that's the general timeframe that I'm online. You'll hardly ever see me on before 8 am though.

so, i understand not all of us will be able to chat at the same time, but are people cool with this friday at around 6pm my time? sorry that's late for you saera, but let me know ^^

it must have been 2am in my time if you're 6 hours ahead ^^

I don't know, if i can be online at this time, maybe i'm really tired tomorrow is going to be a long day, but I think, I I can be there, I will and the it wou be ok, cause I don't think that you will say 'no, you can't write to us'.

I wanted to, but I fell asleep at 9 pm my time, I wasn't as tired as yesterday for such a long time.
