Leaving....

So right now I'm finishing off the final details of my packing before I go and get on a bus to Sydney in just over an hour.
I get into Sydney and walk to the hotel where I'm meeting one of my friends, and the other comes later tonight.
I'm freaking out, mainly because I have a travel backpack, one of the big ones, and people always look at others who wear them.
I know it's stupid, but I worry about what others think of me, and walking along with a mighty backpack kind of draws a lot of attention.
Unfortunately, there's no way out of this, and I'll just have to deal with it till I meet up with my friend, but still, it's pretty fucking nerve wracking.

In other news, I'm currently experiencing packers fear, which is the fear that you've forgotten one important thing. I think it's my laptop, but I'm not taking it lol!

Feeling a bit better as I'm about to leave, but still nervous!
I've been texting my friend who is coming along, he's at his house (about 3 hours away from Canberra) and getting ready to leave as well, he said he was feeling nervous as well so at least I'm not alone!

I'll try and keep up to date with this forum but who knows when I'll get internet over there
