Hello from Panda.

I'm not too sure about what to say but let's see...

I'm 21 and live in the UK. I haven't been diagnosed with social anxiety, or any kind of anxiety really, but I relate to a lot of what's said on the SAT Tumblr so I'm pretty sure I struggle with it. I have been diagnosed with Dissociative Identity Disorder though, which comes along with PTSD and is commonly known to have depression and anxiety problems on top of that, also I have an eating disorder to top it all off. this life isn't easy but I do what I can and I try really hard, just so far it isn't working. I'm unable to leave my house most days and when I can I almost always need someone with me, this anxiety is taking over my life and I really hope that being here around people who experience this anxiety too might be a massive help.

I'm really looking forward to getting to know people here and being part of this community.

Hey, I kind of understand where you're coming from. I'm not diagnosed with anxiety, but it comes along with the package of being bipolar. Also, I have anorexia/ednos and I'm recovering on my own, so you have my support in that aspect :]

we have the same kind of eating disorder it seems, I have all the behaviour to fit Anorexia but my weight gives me the diagnosis of EDNOS (I have Polycystic Ovary Syndrome which makes me gain weight). I'm also doing it on my own though, it's part of my new year resolution thing to beat this with my eating, maybe if I'm looking and feeling healthier then I won't be so anxious. I can hope anyway.
