I'm never good at introductions... My name is Tawny. I'm 15. I've never had a formal diagnosis, but I have really bad social anxiety and general anxiety, obsessive thoughts, obsessive behaviors, I self harm. I have anxiety attacks all the time. I'm in therapy and I use herbal treatments. I don't know what else to say... So yeah.
