Hi my name Katie im 17 & live in Brisbane, Australia,
i was formally dignosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder, social Anxiety, Panic disorder and the onset of depression at the begining of my final year of school & have been taking medication for it since, i also go to therpy every week and slowly im working on opening up and getting to the roots of my problems my Anxiety stared when i was a child and since it was never treated it blow up in my face when things got serious with life at the most inconviniate time. i currently work & its a place where no body knows & that helps to a point. im also starting uni soon. even though some days are hard i take every day as it comes
