Thank you to everyone who has already signed up here. Not only are we happy because this community is showing the first signs of interaction but also because this shows us a new achievement in all of you.

Signing up to SATF is not just signing up for an anxiety forum. For you, reading this, it's a new step into your recovery. Being here amongst people, the very thing that triggers many of your anxiety, is brave. It's an honorable decision to put yourself out there, even on the internet. People here may be hidden behind screens but you are still displaying your personalities to others. You should all be proud of yourselves for doing this, for being brave and facing some little aspect of your fears.

Interaction, socialisation and a happy life are within all of your grasps. Most of you are young talented people with bright futures and have a real chance in this world.
